Eine videografische Mixed-Media-Rauminstallation, die den Third Space als räumlich erfahrbare Dimension untersucht. Transkulturelle Erfahrungen entziehen sich eindeutiger Verortung und abschließender Definition. Anstatt Identität als statisches Konstrukt zu begreifen, richtet die Arbeit den Fokus auf das Dazwischen: einen Raum aus Überlagerungen und parallelen Zugehörigkeiten zwischen Orten, Sprachen und Zeiten. Die Installation bildet diesen Zustand nicht ab, sondern erzeugt ihn. Durch Juxtaposition, Text, Klang und Fragmentierung entsteht ein offener Erfahrungsraum, in dem Bedeutung erst im Verweilen und Durchschreiten entsteht.

Tracing Identity in the Third Space
A videographic mixed-media spatial installation that explores the Third Space as a dimension that can be experienced physically. Transcultural experiences resist clear localisation and definitive categorisation. Rather than understanding identity as a static construct, the work focuses on the in-between: a space of overlaps and parallel belongings between places, languages, and times. The installation does not represent this condition—it produces it. Through juxtaposition, text, sound, and fragmentation, an open experiential space is created in which meaning unfolds through lingering and movement.
